Convert images into one PDF
Online forms often ask for one PDF instead of several photos. A clean PDF keeps pages in order and is easier for reviewers to open than separate image files.
Open Images to PDF toolHow to prepare your images
Take photos in natural light, keep the phone parallel to the document, and crop out the table or background. Blurry edges and dark shadows are common reasons documents become hard to read after conversion.
Page size and margins
A4 works best for most Indian form uploads. Use a small margin when the document already has white space. Use a larger margin if the original photo is tightly cropped.
Before you submit
- Open the downloaded PDF once and check every page.
- Make sure pages are in the right order.
- Rename the file clearly, such as
marksheet.pdforid-proof.pdf. - Check the portal's maximum PDF size before final upload.
Good source images make better PDFs
A PDF is only as readable as the images used to create it. Take document photos on a flat surface, avoid shadows across text and keep the camera parallel to the paper. If a page is tilted or blurry, retake it before converting.
When page order matters
Certificates, ID cards and mark sheets often need a specific order. Rename files before selecting them if your device sorts them unpredictably. After creating the PDF, scroll through every page once and confirm the order matches the form requirement.
