The current photo, signature and PDF tools process selected files entirely in your browser memory and do not intentionally upload them to QuickFormTools servers.
Can I set an exact KB size?
You can set a target KB. For extremely strict limits (like under 20KB), you may also need to crop the image dimensions or slightly reduce the image quality using our tools.
Can I combine many images into one PDF?
Yes. You can select multiple JPG or PNG files at once, arrange their order, and download them as a single combined PDF document.
Should I verify before submitting to my form portal?
Yes. Always compare the output from our tools with the official portal instructions. While our tools are highly accurate, every portal has different backend validation rules.
