What to include in a useful message

If a tool did not work as expected, mention the page you used, the browser or device, and what happened after you clicked the button. For upload-limit issues, share the requirement written by the official portal, such as file type, maximum size and dimensions.

Please do not send private documents, identity cards, passwords or application login details. The current file tools are designed to run inside your browser, so most troubleshooting can be done without sharing the actual file.
